Before using this website or placing an order with us, please carefully read the following terms of service. By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Application
These terms of service apply to all users accessing this website, including browsers, buyers, and other persons using the services of this website. The products we sell include:
• Customized solar carport mounting systems
• Photovoltaic modules (solar panels)
• Inverters and related electrical accessories
• Installation supporting parts and components
2. Product Description and Customization Terms
2.1 Customized Products
Our solar carport systems are custom-manufactured to order, and each order is produced according to the specifications and requirements provided by the customer. Please carefully check the following information before placing an order:
• Carport dimensions (length, width, height)
• Load-bearing requirements and installation environment
• Surface treatment and color requirements
• Models of supporting photovoltaic panels and inverters
Once the order is confirmed and production starts, changes to specifications caused by the customer may incur additional costs or may not be possible.
2.2 Product Images and Descriptions
The product images and descriptions on the website are for reference only. The actual products may vary due to different customization specifications. If you have any questions, please contact us for confirmation before placing an order.
3. Order and Contract Formation
3.1 Order Confirmation
After you submit an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email only indicates that we have received your order and does not constitute the formation of a contract.
3.2 Contract Formation
A contract is formally formed when we send you a production confirmation notice or shipping notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Insufficient product inventory or raw materials
• Errors in product descriptions or prices
• Payment fails to pass verification
3.3 Production Cycle
Production will start within 24 hours after the order is placed. The standard production cycle is 15-25 Business Days. (excluding weekends and public holidays). In the event of special circumstances such as raw material shortages or complex customization specifications, the production cycle will be appropriately extended, and we will notify you in advance.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing Terms
All product prices listed on this website are FOB (Free On Board) China Port prices, which include the cost of the goods themselves and the cost of delivering them to the Chinese port of shipment. They do not include international sea freight, destination port fees, import duties and value-added tax.
4.2 Freight Fees
Sea freight will be quoted separately based on the weight and volume of the goods. If the difference between the actual freight and the estimated freight exceeds 10%, we will notify you before shipment and adjust the amount by refunding the overpayment or collecting the deficiency, which will be implemented only after your confirmation to ensure transparency and no hidden fees.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit Card / Debit Card (processed via Shopify Payments)
• PayPal
• Airwallex Telegraphic Transfer (电汇)
4.4 Currency
All prices are indicated in US Dollars (USD). If you pay in other currencies, the final amount will be converted according to the exchange rate of your bank or payment platform.
5. Logistics and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via international sea freight (Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL), depending on the order quantity). For small and light items, we use FedEx express delivery. If you need expedited air freight for other items, please contact our customer service separately to confirm additional costs.
5.2 Risk Transfer
Pursuant to the FOB terms, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the vessel. We strongly recommend that the buyer purchase marine cargo insurance to cover risks such as accidental damage and loss during transportation.

The above times are estimated values. The actual time is subject to the shipping company's schedule and may fluctuate due to force majeure factors such as port congestion, customs clearance, and weather conditions. After shipment, we will provide you with the specific sailing schedule and estimated time of arrival (ETA). |
5.4 Import Customs Clearance
The buyer is responsible for the import customs clearance procedures and related costs in the destination country, including import duties, value-added tax/consumption tax, and customs brokerage fees. We recommend that the buyer consult a local customs broker or freight forwarder in advance to understand the compliance requirements of the destination country, thereby avoiding delays in customs clearance.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
6.1 No Refunds After Production Starts
The order enters the production stage 24 hours after placement. No returns or refunds are allowed for non-product quality issues. Due to the particularity of customized products, they cannot be resold after production. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
6.2 Return Conditions
If the return conditions are met, the return must satisfy the following requirements:
• The product packaging is intact, unopened and undamaged
• The product is uninstalled, unused, and has no wear marks
• The product surface has no damage or scratches, and all accessories are complete
• A return application and relevant proof are submitted within 7 business days of receipt
6.3 Return Fees
The international sea freight and destination import fees incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer. The above fees account for approximately 30% of the order amount and will be deducted from the refund amount.
6.4 Quality Issues
If the product has manufacturing defects or quality problems, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos and videos as evidence. After verification and confirmation by us, we will bear the return freight and provide a full refund or free exchange. The specific solution will be determined through negotiation with you based on the actual situation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, product design drawings, brand logos, and technical documents, is owned by JIAXING HAINA SOLAR TECH CO.,LTD or used with authorization and is protected by intellectual property laws. Without the written permission of our company, no unit or individual may copy, reprint, disseminate, or use it for commercial purposes; otherwise, legal liability will be pursued.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products;
• Our maximum liability for compensation shall not exceed the actual order amount paid by you;
• We shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure (including natural disasters, wars, port strikes, epidemics, policy adjustments, etc.);
• The buyer shall bear full responsibility for product damage or losses caused by improper operation or incorrect installation by the buyer.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Applicable Law
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws principles).
10.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Shanghai, China. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
10.3 Consumer Rights and Interests
The above terms do not affect the consumer rights and interests that you are entitled to in accordance with the laws of your country/region. We will strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations on consumer protection in each target market.
10.4 Supplementary Notes for EU Customers
If you are an EU customer, please note that the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform was officially discontinued on July 20, 2025. You may submit a dispute application through the consumer dispute resolution entities in the EU Member States, Norway, and Iceland.
